When you call to place an order, you will speak to someone in our Composting Office who will talk you through our products, order and delivery process. We will take a card payment at the time of order; we will not dispatch unless the order is paid in full. If you wish to amend your order, change the delivery slot or cancel, please call the office and someone will do their best to accommodate your requirements, if you need to return any part of your order, please call the office to discuss and if you have a complaint, please see our complaints procedure below.
Once you have placed your order, we will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date. We aim to deliver within 5 working days but at peak times or factors outside our control, may mean this is not always possible.
Our team of experienced and professional drivers will delivery your products as promptly as possible. While we do our upmost to deliver in the location required, this may not always be possible due to the size of the lorry. Our driver will assess the location and safety and on a very rare occasion he may be unable to deliver. If this is the case the office will contact you to discuss this.
We can deliver when you are not at home and our drivers will do their best to cater to your requirements of bag location, however sometimes we are unable to drop the bags as requested. We cannot be held responsible if they are placed in a different position than requested.
